Carle Health has announced plans to exit its Medicare Advantage partnership with New Hanover Health Advantage (NHHA) effective Jan. 1, 2026. NHHA coverage remains unchanged through the end of 2025, and members will continue to have full network access.
We are disappointed in Carle Health’s decision to exit its Medicare Advantage relationship with NHHA, and, most importantly, want to reassure you that your coverage remains the same through the end of 2025.
There is no change for members in 2025.

Our plan is in effect through Dec. 31, 2025. The Annual Enrollment Period for 2026 runs from Oct. 15 through December 7,2025 – that’s when you can enroll in a different plan that will be effective Jan. 1, 2026.
